how do i claer the internal memory of and xbox360?

I need to wipe my internal memory of my xbox360 arcade, how do I do this, I know i have to open it up then i don’t know where to go from there… And don’t tell me I cant wipe it bacuse the peaple at the store say they can but for a huge fee (95$)
