well the easiest way is to load up on torquebow ammo befor you fight him, have the lancer and a few grenades…after the cutscene charge your torquebow and launch straight into him and immediately switch to ur lancer and load himm up (the explosion from the torquebow scatters the kryll around him, grenades work also, or you can wait till he sends the kryll to attack u, stay in the light!!!) repeat several times dont worry about dom, he dies everytime in my file anyway. Dont let RAAM get close to u. if hes right in front of the barrier ur using as cover hop over and roadie run(hold A and run forward) towards the barrier on the opposite side of the car(where RAAM started) stay in the Light.u should be able to kill him this way if not email me mordor_underground@yahoo.com or through AIM my screenname qwertyuiop1037. have fun

also http:\\gamefaqs.com has a boss faq that will give you the different amount of HP RAMM has on each difficulty as well as the damage power of all of the weapons.
make sure you have the right equipment when facing him. I suggest the longshot, torque bow, and magnum. watch him as he walks closer to you, when he steps into the light the kryll will leave him for a bit. That is when you hit him. The torque bow is the strongest by far, get good at aiming it and hit him in the face as often as possible.
stay under cover and in the light. Move to the other side of the train if he gets too close but don’t use the machine gun, the kryll will wipe you out if you do. move from lighted cover to cover while retreating taking time to rest if you need it. Dont try to run all the way to the other side of the train in one sprint (holding A), you will get smoked. Try to make it to every other lighted position, cover / rest, and then to the next. If you make it all the way to the back of the train, you can pick up some extra frags and ammo.
when you get some distance between you and ramm, use up the rest of the torque bow ammo and then start with the sniper rifle. Keep hitting him in the head and go for the perfect reloads to increase the damage.
when he starts to get close, blind fire a frag. if you get him the krill will disperse for a few seconds; hit him in the face a couple of times. when he gets really close, blind fire the magnum a couple times before you start running for the other side of the train.
Be patient and get good at evading him when he gets close and you will be fine.

grenades will make the krill fly away away more often, then just nail him in the head as many times as you can.
Try to stay in the ligted areas so the Krill won’t get you. Aim for his head when they fly away. Don’t waste your ammo when the Krill are around him.

First,shoot out the gates to either side of him so it lets light in.Stay in the light and when the krill fly away just shoot as much as possible.
