The story for the Gears game so far has to rank as one of the most well written and executed plots of all time. How often in a game do you really feel anything for a video game character…if you’re like me probably never. But this game makes you care, this commercial sets up the game perfectly. The characters do what they do fully knowing the go to thier deaths…those of us that have played both probably already know that the third probably will not end on a good note for most of the Cogs..
Gears of War is such a randomly good source of music.

Gears of War 3 trailer just made me depressed… for 3 reasons. 1) Gears of War is coming to “THE END” which tears a hole in my heart. 2) Seeing all of them aged with depressed faces because they are STILL fighting (ex: Dom). 3) Gears of War 1 came out when I was a sophmore/junior in high school and now I’m a senior in college so I feel old.
This song just sums up all of gears 2 such a great game! The songs perfect for ther trailer just like Gary Jules- mad world trailer for gears 1

@WWhite89 hey there’s a high possibility that Gears isn’t going to end. Epic said that THIS trilogy is coming to the end. There may be prequels and other stuff in the future.

Gears of war makes the best commercials. Honestly they are all so powerful. This song choice is great the first games choice was amazing and the trailer for #3 is great too. I just love the gears franchise. I hope it doesnt end at #3. They could do this game for years.
